But you can expect a regular day to begin between 4-6am.
It's dark and no one is awake. It's time for "me time". This section of the morning is reserved for exercise, shower, and the daily devotional.
The sun begins to rise and so does the workday.
Before 9 am, work email is just barely getting caught up from the week before and preparations are being made for the impending work check-in call at 8 am.

"I wake up 7am and start organizing and discussing the week’s goals with our team. I then progress into several meetings with various people throughout the day all over Waterloo and Toronto. I get back to the office at 6pm to start writing necessary reports, proposals and business plans. I complete my day by answering emails from 11pm on and repeat."

- 8-5 is not enough time to fulfill your mission
- There are 168 hours in a week
- You'll need to average 80 hours per week to achieve your goal(s)
